I've been a long time fan of Bob's. Loved their open fried dumplings and the soup bao. Other than those, my usual go to is the beef noodle soup, rice noodle dish, and spicy wonton. Recently, I tried their salt and pepper flounder, which was delicious. Good amount of S&P with not too heavy of a coating. I also got the string bean but unfortunately it was very stringy. The restaurant is nothing fancy and the service is always good. If you are in the mood for real Chinese food, go to Bob's

The food was good. The dishes are delicious. The drinks are refreshing. We got there around 12:30 pm. I was expecting to have to wait from earlier experience, however, the restaurant has expanded its size. Previous experience was not as good because of the long wait, glad to see the renovation has expanded the space. More spacious now, but still busy with lots of customers.

Although tucked away in a modest strip mall, Bob's Shanghai offers a cozy, no-frills atmosphere that focuses on delivering rich, flavorful dishes. The soup dumplings were definitely the star of the dinner, boasting a delicate, thin wrapper filled with savory broth and tender pork--an absolute must-try. The menu features a range of traditional Chinese dishes like pan-fried buns and "Cheng-Du" chicken. The service was fairly efficient since you order by marking up a menu and the food was delivered to the table very quickly . Since we heard the restaurant can get crowded, especially during peak hours, we went early to beat the dinner rush and were seated immediately. The prices were quite reasonable, making it a great spot for a casual meal with friends or family. Bob's Shanghai 66 delivers a more than satisfying experience and we will definitely be back for more soup dumplings!

One of my go-to chinese restaurants. The food selection is big enough that you will always be trying something new when you go, plus they have some of the best soup dumplings in the area! Clean restaurant, friendly staff, and once again the best dumplings! The spicy and salt pork is also a go-to item for me. You must try it out.
